These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ResCDN Ltd.'s content delivery network and related services ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You may use ResCDN to deliver any lawful static content. You must not use ResCDN to deliver:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share keys or commit them to public repositories. ResCDN is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your credentials.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing period except where required by law.
We target 99.99% monthly uptime on Pro and Enterprise plans. If we fail to meet this:

Credits must be requested within 14 days of the incident via support@rescdn.io.
To report infringing content served via ResCDN, send a DMCA notice to dmca@rescdn.io including: identification of the work, URL of the infringing material, your contact details, and a statement of good faith belief. We will act on valid notices promptly.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResCDN's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. We will notify Pro and Enterprise customers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
